Thursday, May 12, 2005 (It’s real ghetto)
Taken from a photoshop file I’ve had sitting around for quite some time, I decided to spend some evenings after work, and mornings before, on getting something (anything) different online. By different I mean Exactly the same as every other BLOG on the web, but different for me to look at. I really just wanted to get my del.icio.us links in a sidebar here (and soon Flickr), so this is what it took. For now It’s just pulling links tagged “css” and “design”. You’ll notice that there are some duplicates because these tags tend to overlap. It’s a del.icio.us WordPress plugin, slightly modified to get specific tags. It needs to be better, and soon will be, as soon as I get someone who knows what they’re doing to take a look at it.
Feel free to leave comments on how ghetto things are (Comment links are now above the post, directly below the title).

So my first post is already outdated. I changed what tags get pulled from de.licio.us, it’s now CSS and ART. Trying to lower the nerd level a bit…

You may need to clear your cache, btw.

Oh yeah, and it doesn’t validate just yet, it has duplicate body tags among other things.

Love it. It reminds me of my dog’s poop stains under my dining room table.
I’m yearning for a ‘home’ link.
Bill #
Yeah, poop is usually my inspiration. It needs some kinda nav, in the meantime there’s a link in the header, left side.

good stuff buh

Dude you do this for a living- it shouldn’t be so hard for you to find an identity- the CSS isn’t even rendering- and fudge the del-lici-ous poop- all it does it bring more exagerated linkage to your site.

Exagerated linkage? What is that?
Empty your cache & refesh, the CSS renders just fine.

Hey-
Yes- we are back… (cache emptied itself)
- I like it- not bad at all. I noticed to “tagged” isn’t with your del-lici-ous stuff anymore- great improvement.
Navigation please-
Bill #
Yep, needs nav, definately. I love the tag stuff, but yes, am keeping it out until there’s a better use in this case.
