California is Burning

Here’s a map of one of the several fires that are burning in CA. Our apartment is the green thumbtack. It looks like the firemen are doing a good job of keeping it out of the populated areas.

Lucky for Susan and I as well, is that we just got the keys to our new apartment yesterday morning. We were able to make a couple of runs with the essentials (cat, computers, and the TV of course) and not spend the night in the smoky center where it rains ash.
