Google removing public calendar search and the public calendar gallery

Two months ago you couldn’t avoid mistakenly searching ALL public calendars, while attempting to search your own calendars. Now the public calendar search and gallery are removed altogether. You can of course still create and subscribe to public calendars, just without any help from the Google Calendar team.

The 2009 sports calendars at MySPortsCal.com can be downloaded, imported and then shared via Google Calendar.
