I agree, the real estate agency in particular is likely not using Twitter to mine for clients. Better for us though, if only a couple replied. How many agents are using twitter search to find clients? Are agents even using twitter search to find prospective clients? It's such an old skool industry. I just don't think twitter (let alone twitter search) has caught on to that audience yet... Caught on enough to allow you success in your search. Instead, how about building a site that aggregates agents, their locations, and buyers' tweets. The connection isn't there now. Social networking FTW!
